“I just fitted a Hilux battery that I received on warranty from TBS, and I have to say, the manager, Annie, after some initial skeptism about the batteries origin, presumably because of the staff member out back who eyeballed me as if I was about to pick his pocket. Anyhow, they gave me another battery to suit my old Hilux. I found the manager friendly, fair, and helpful. I have bought 5 batteries now from TBS and would recommend them again, but take a photo of your new battery with the receipt on top before you leave. As a frequent reviewer who has a following I would have got them some bad press, but everything came good. The important thing is they made it right on the warranty and sorted it out, so a big thank you from me to the TBS managers. Its the putting right that counts!”
