Now this is a service agent that gets each repair right, I have not yet had to return a truck for further repairs, done right first time. And the receptionist is great
A bit wary on their charges, we got a clutch replacement on a Nissan Atlas truck which can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, 8 being a complex job (after making a few calls to other industry mechanics for advice after the fact of receiving the bill_) We were charged for 15 hours which seemed excessive.
They have Looked after my company's 2 trucks and any fabrication work we have needed during our new branch "Start Up" faze in Christchurch, and they have always bent over backwards to help us effortlessly, they have always got the job for us, when they said they. Thanks to Hayden and the team at Truck Fix.
