“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

He replaced a setting on my mothers engagement ring and the result was outstanding - creating the illusion of a bigger diamond with this gorgeous setting and sturdier claws to hold it in place. We couldn't be happier. The staff are welcoming and kind, and the shop is inviting and cozy. Was overall a great experience to receive his services!”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”

“Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”

So I took it all into Mark to see what he could do. He suggested ways to bring them to life and as a result created the most stunning ring using my own engagement ring and my mums, melting the gold down, adding a diamond to create a new ring that will now become a heirloom piece for my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with the Ring. Quality workmanship for a fair price. Mark is genuine, knowledgeable and has great vision to confidently suggest options.
