“I had an absolutely spectacular stay at Hotel United Auckland! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The hotel manager was outstanding – genuinely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of options to start the day right considering the price . And of course, I can’t forget to mention Milo, the hotel dog – such a sweet and friendly presence that made the whole experience feel even more special and homely. Overall, this hotel delivers warmth, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland!”

“Absolutely beautiful studio. Our room was impeccable and the view was gorgeous. My only comment for Keith is that a new bed in Apt 1 is a necessity. It’s on its last legs. Other than that the apartment is perfect. Then management is responsive and accommodating. I’d give 6 stars if not for the bed.”

“The buildings are getting a bit tired however a major bonus was the natural springs private spa (not all rooms) It fills with very hot spring water and if you've got the time it's best to fill it 3 hours before you're going to use it so it can cool down without needing to dilute it with fresh cold water.”
