“I worked with Staf for sleep therapy and it has genuinely changed my life. I had severe insomnia for about a year, with years of on and off problems before that. “Best all-round recovery clinic in Auckland!! My first visit was in 2019 when I first injured my back. The team here were very knowledgeable and supportive in improving my spine health. Been visiting this clinic again for the last two months after another injury and I am genuinely surprised how much better my body is feeling now. The Chiropractors here are both very experienced and friendly. The clinic is neat and they have the latest equipment. Definitely try out their Normatec compression boots. If you are into traditional methods, you can also get acupuncture treatment from their acupuncturist.
