Great Physios here. The whole team is really friendly and love to get you back to normal in no time. Really prefer this physio company over any other ones.
On the website it says partner with southern cross but when i went there they said no southern cross. They dont even provide you invoice. Scammers. I wouldn't recommend anyone.
Hand therapist Aaron and physiotherapist Grace were excellent. Successfully treated my son and I. Highly recommended.
I have been going to TBI Ormiston for more than a year. I fell down my stairs and suffer from chronic pain now. Angela is an amazing physio she has assisted with personalized exercise. She helps to manage my pain with accupunture but always goes above and beyond to advocate to ACC for me. On multiple occasions she has highlighted the urgency for my referrals and I am seen quicker by specialist. But also Delaney and Krista do an amazing job on the front desk to create a friendly helpful and warm environment.
So I am recovering from an elbow fracture, and I have never broken a bone. This being a painful and anxiety-driven process, my physio has been incredibly supportive (Kerry). Fractures take time to heal, and my physio has been providing me with advice and exercises that is catered to me personally! Every week my elbow gets better with range and the pain decreases with all recommendations given to me. On top of that, Kerry tries to give me advice like a therapist because recovering from a fracture isn't the most easiest things to deal with. Everyone at this place is super friendly and answers all of your questions and concerns without judgement! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting and needing physiotherapy!
I went for my back pain. They have done nothing for my pain besides talk and !!!!
