“I had the pleasure of having Katie as my.. nurse practitioner? Apologies if I got that wrong as I was very nervous on the day. She was very kind and accommodating. My partner and I had agreed that her customer service and care is very good. She asked a very important question for all ladies at the start of the appointment and I am fortunate enough to be safe from it but I do appreciate they are taking precautions. I hope it’s a protocol that the clinic has so that all ladies feel like they’re with guardian angels. Anyways, Katie was lovely and I definitely left the premises happy and well informed.”

“I went in today to get my rod removed out of my arm and someone who is terrified of needles and anything to do with being cut open Brittany made the experience amazing she was super lovely from the beginning, making me feel calm and reassuring me, she talked to me through out and that made me feel super calm as it was a distraction from getting it taken out, she answered all my silly questions and was just all round lovely!”
