   I went in today to get my rod removed out of my arm and someone who is terrified of needles and anything to do with being cut open Brittany made the experience amazing she was super lovely from the beginning, making me feel calm and reassuring me, she talked to me through out and that made me feel super calm as it was a distraction from getting it taken out, she answered all my silly questions and was just all round lovely!

   Most worst experience I have ever had. I walked in on Wednesday to try see if I could see a nurse as my pregnancy test come back positive twice. There was no one in there at all, and the front reception lady was so rude. She didn’t even care, looking at me as if it’s my fault why im pregnant she couldn’t do nothing for me wouldn’t even book me an appointment or let me atleast talk to the nurse I was already nervous getting a positive pregnancy test. She didn’t care at all, she pretty much was rushing me to leave and there was no one in the Papakura clinic at all. And what makes it worst is she was Māori to.

   Went to this family clinic today and I have to give a big thanks to the doctor Shan. She explained the procedure to me and made me feel comfortable. As uncomfortable as the procedure was, she was professional gentle and made sure I was ok at all times. I highly recommend her. If there were 10 stars I would give it to her.

   1st time at the Papakura facility and I am amazed at how organised it is run. Having been to New Market and Otara, I have to say this is the best - fee is much lower than New Market and great customer service too. I was welcomed by very nice receptionist and Dr Shan. Couldnt ask for more
