   I am sad to have to write a negative review for this place as I generally have a huge respect for the enterprise, and I had only positive experiences at the other Family Planning clinics. The Panmure clinic gets 1 star only thanks to the lovely reception lady, otherwise it wouldn’t deserve a single star really. The nurse who saw me was extremely rude, cutting me off mid-sentence and rolling her eyes at whatever I did manage to say. The room was dirty and untidy with used tissues laying on the floor and dust everywhere. The nurse pretty much refused to do the procedure that I booked for and still charged me $40. It’s fine, hopefully it goes towards supporting Family Planning. And now that I’m thinking about it - it is for the best as I wouldn’t want that person anywhere near my body. I’m sure she has her own things going on, and I am mature enough to know that her rudeness is not a reflection on me in any way, but people come to these clinics in a vulnerable state, especially the younger crowd, and it is sad that they have to deal with this kind of attitude.

   Got my IUD replaced and the staff was so lovely. Very professional, excellent bedside manner, very knowledgable. I was so impressed by this clinic. The doctor, the nurse, reception, all of them were absolutely incredible.

   The nurses/doctors and staff at this clinic are always so friendly and helpful. My last appt had to be in clinic and I am extremely covid conscious, so was a bit anxious as the rooms are fairly small. I booked and was happy that they asked me to mask up + use hand sani (more than delighted). Upon my visit I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor/nurse's room had a Xiaomi air purifier!! This eases my anxiety a lot and knowing that this clinic values the long term health and safety of its staff and patients made me quite happy to continue staying as a patient. Every time I've visited the reception lady has been friendly and wonderful to interact with. The doctors/nurses that sees me are always patient and answers any (silly) questions I have without prejudice. Just lovely!

   Cutest kindest happiest nurse here. The building was hard to find, it's in a little brick building in between the library and unichem, behind the car park. Will definitely only come here from now on for lady tingssss

   Two thumbs up for this clinic of angels - they make unpleasant procedures bearable. Nurses Grace and Jennifer (nice lady with the accent?) are kind and welcoming and very, very patient. The receptionist is always a pleasure to interact with and is personable and understanding. 110% recommend this clinic. Thank you for your help ;)
