The studio has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately helps you slow down and feel at ease. The session was thoughtfully guided, supportive without being prescriptive, which made it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of prior experience. It was a wonderful way to spend time together, unwind, and reconnect after a busy year. We left feeling relaxed, uplifted, and proud of what we had created. “Amazing child care, my son started his day care journey when he was 7 month old but I was not happy with the care taken at previous daycare so when my son was 2.5 year old, I changed his day care and started going at child's time. I always think it would be really amazing if I would have started my son's daycare journey from child's time and not with another day care. Amazing teachers, friendly environment. I do not have enough words to describe how much safe my son feel here.”

“Eduplay Westgate is a great centre! My daughter has been going there since she was 11 months old, the transition at the begging was very smooth. The teachers are so loving and caring, the centre is very clean. What I love the most is that they always hold events for the whole family to join, the most recent ones are Matariki Night and Mother’s Day event. Can’t wait for the next fun event!”

“Our son Darby attended Bambinos Early Childhood Centre for four years. Bambinos offers an excellent range of engaging activities and thoughtful care. He was able to develop trusting relationships with both his teachers and the other children. It was always so reassuring to know that while at daycare, he was happy, engaged, and safe. We’re so grateful to the team at Bambinos for giving Darby such a positive start with his early learning.”

“Cornwall Park looks absolutely stunning during cherry blossom season! The trees are full of delicate pink blooms, and it’s such a peaceful, scenic place to walk around or take photos. However, it can get very crowded on weekends with lots of people doing photoshoots. I’d suggest visiting on a weekday or early morning if you want a quieter experience and better photos. Definitely worth the visit!”

“Had a wonderful experience today at Escapade! They had a variety of options to choose from for escape rooms. We went into the Old School 2 and had a blast. You’re able to either walk in or book in advance, with plenty of times available. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better! I’m definitely going to return.”

She looks forward to every class and has grown in both skill and confidence since joining. The performances are always fabulous – beautifully organised and such a joy to watch.”

“Awesome bouldering gym. Day pass was 23 NZD (about $14 USD only) and I was told I could come for free the next 7 days, too bad it was my last day in Auckland. Excellent vibes, felt super welcome by staff and the people climbing. Lots of fun problems, ratings are in colored ranges. Problems end on the last hold (like in European gyms), shirts off are fine for males (great because it was very hot and I swear a lot), chalk is fine, they said it was actually harder cleaning liquid chalk. They managed to do a lot with the space,. there's even a Yoga room on top, a children's area, and a small fitness box. They have 2 tension boards, campus boards and a lot of boulders. Would def come back here.”

“Attended a wedding reception at Markovina Vineyard Estate in late autumn. Although there was a bit of drizzle, the venue was a good size and handled the weather well. The estate was beautifully maintained and professionally decorated. Catering quality depends on the hosts' budget, but in our case it was good to great. Did not include photos with people for privacy reasons, but you can get a better idea of the venue from other photos online. A lovely place for a special occasion.”

The teachers are nurturing and genuinely invested in helping children grow both mentally and physically. In a short span of time, my son has developed strong social skills and achieved his set milestones, which is truly impressive. One of the things I appreciate most is the daily updates from the teachers, keeping me informed about his activities and progress. They have built a wonderful relationship with my child, making him feel safe, valued, and happy. The warm welcome each morning makes drop-offs so much easier, knowing he is in such caring hands. I highly recommend Young World Childcare Center to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching environment for their child!”

“I highly recommend Equippers Kids to all parents looking for a daycare that keeps you well-informed, is based on Christian values and ensures the upmost safety of your child. As first time parents, we had been searching for a child care centre that made us feel at ease when we had to go back to work. We visited over 12 different centres across Central and South Auckland and Equippers kids was a real standout. The teacher to child ratio is fantastic, there are rooms & playgrounds dedicated to each age group so we didn't have to worry about our son getting bowled over by bigger kids, and they follow a wonderful education curriculum. Some of the activities our son gets to do has really helped his development. I also noticed that he has really flourished when it comes to his social skills - he has grown in to a very confident young boy. We started our son when he was 13 months and have had no regrets. The biggest sign for us that it is a great place to be, is that our son walks in to the centre and waves goodbye to us with a big smile on his face. He is excited to go to school each day and for parents whom were nervous to leave our son in the care of others, there is nothing more reaffirming! If you are considering Equippers kids, you have come to the right place! It is also very affordable considering that they are fed multiple healthy meals & snacks a day and provide nappies. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would!”

“Update: It’s been over a year and a half since my last review and we are still very happy with our Palms family. The centre just had a makeover and it looks amazing!! My daughter is so happy when it’s “Kindy Time” I hardly get a goodbye when I drop her off before she jets off to play with her friends. My daughter started with Palms Educare a week ago and the staff has really helped making the transition easier. The teachers in the baby class are amazing and caring and have so much patience. My daughter also has a medical condition and the staff has been very supportive and accommodating. So far we are very happy and will definitely recommend the centre (in fact I have already).”

“My wife and I sent our son to Bambinos when he turned 3. Riyansh loved it from the get go. Over the 2 years many teachers at Bambinos have changed and the new teachers here now have brought in new methods and techniques which Riyansh enjoys alot and looks forward to goin 2 bambinos every single day. I would like to personally thank Geralyn, Rihana, Yasmin, Abdul and the other teachers who have looked after Riyansh during his time there. They all have given very good feedback about his abilities. I would highly recommend anyone who is in close proximity to bambinos to send their kids there. We live in Takanini and still sent riyansh to manukau bambinos and it was well worth it. 5 star for the early childhood teaching they provide. Thank you Rish and Sonam Maharaj”

“My son had his birthday party here on Saturday and it was an absolute hit! The kids all had a blast & it was suitable for a range of abilities from beginner onwards. The staff were super friendly & the hire gear was great quality & the kids loved trying out the different scooters. The party was super chill to organise as a mum & I appreciated the table for the party food, very handy.”

“Kids Cove is a amazing centre. My son has been attending the centre for a year and a half and I am grateful for the time , effort, love and care that was given to him. Especially the Storytellers team, Teacher Shuchie and her team have done an amazing job teaching my son, he comes home every day using big words like Translucent and Transparent and explaining to me what those words mean. Those are just a simple example of how much my son has thrived intellectually and emotionally at Kids Cove.”

“This is a family friendly farm. We used to take kids here for the family day. It’s also the start for Watercare coastal walkway. There is a barn here plus two car parks, a shelter, toilets, BBQ spots and camping grounds. There are farm animals such as sheep, lamb and horses.”
