“My daughter has been going there for nearly three years. The teachers over there are have so much patience and passions with the kids. They are not only looking after them, but also they would get down to the ground and play with them. They nurture them with lots of love. The centre provide detail and honest feedback on the kid’s development at school. This is very appreciated by the parents so they know what to work on at home. Overall, I highly recommend this ECC to anyone.”

“My son started going here from 2 yrs and 9 months and my daughter started when she was 8 months. They both loved this place straight away. Every teacher is doing a great job and loves the children. They put there heart to the children and the work. They plan everyday for children’s fun activities. They also go out for bush walk, beach walk, or walk to Bakery. There is not many centers like this. A local daycare has their way to run the business. I'm so happy for my children. They are very lucky.”

“You can’t get a better centre! From their philosophy to caring nature of all teachers they truely are the best. The kids get to be kids, encouraged to climb trees and play in mud puddles which is so rare in a preschool these days. The teachers are all qualified and it shows. This centre holds itself to a high standard and truely meets this standard everyday. My daughter just finished and my son is currently going through Real kids and we feel so lucky every day we have found an ECE that cares about our children as much as they do!”

“It is a great bilingual kindergarten. All the teachers care about the children and understand them. This is more conducive to the healthy growth of children than any ranking or high-end facilities. The food is also great. Four years have passed in a blink of an eye, and my daughter has graduated from here; I am very grateful to the teachers for their love and hard work in nurturing her!”

“My daughter graduated [ECE] from here and we liked every bit of it. She spent approx. 3 years here at Busy Bees, Alfriston (Formerly known as Choice Kids, Alfriston) and graduated in September 2023. All the teachers here are simply amazing and caring. They loved our daughter a lot and also took care of her like their own child. Teachers are well qualified, well spoken, and understanding. Center manager is also very humble and understanding at all times. We as parents feel so proud that our daughter successfully completed the first step in her education journey from Busy bees, Alfriston. I can see the growth and changes in her and I am very well versed with all the learnings she did here at the center. Thank you to all the lovely and talented teachers, center manager and administration at Busy Bees, Alfriston for taking care of our daughter so well. She will miss you for sure. “We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met.
