Teachers have been excellent, they are quiet playful and deal with a lot of patience. “I know I'm a little late in leaving this review, but this place truly deserves it. My son transitioned from a different childcare facility, so settling down was challenging for him. However, thanks to the incredible love and support from everyone at Confident Kids, he adjusted smoothly. He even cried when we had to move to Australia because he had made such good friends there. I highly recommend Confident Kids for their exceptional service; they treat children like their own family. My son learned so many valuable things during his time there. “My son loves going to Active Explorer Central Park! Educators are very kind and caring, regular updates with photos and daily updates on children's activity book have built my confidence in this centre and trust pretty quickly. My son asks me every day to take him there, he has so much fun! He surprises me with new social skills every time and has made lovely bunch of little friends that make a party every time they see him come. When I drop him off he doesn't even want to waive good bye and when I pick him he wants to stay around!”

“I'm really fortunate to have stumbled upon this childcare centre. My two younger children have attended the center for about a year now. In this short amount of time, I've gotten to know Candy and the staff really well (who are generous, amazing and easy to talk to!!!). The teachers are very caring and attentive to all the children, which makes me feel at ease as I go about my day. Because it a small centre, my children are thriving in their teachings of Jesus Christ, built strong relationships with the staff and made some great friends- my children are happy and don't want to leave sometimes when I pick them up so it's saying something!”

“I must command the excellent service I got today at the Warehouse Albany. A product I needed was not on shelf. The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. “I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“Had a party here recently for my daughters birthday, the islander man was super friendly and helpful. The party rooms are spacious and clean and the playground is set up nicely. My daughter and her friends had a blast! Would recommend :)”

“We recently celebrated my son’s 1st birthday here at Manukau chipmunks. I had the pleasure of working with Val(staff member) throughout the night. The place was beautifully cleaned up before our night started and our kids food boxes were ready when we needed them. “We had our sons 5th birthday party here. The facilities are very clean, you can sit and watch the kids easily. Lots to do, games, face painting, obviously the playground itself. The food was great in the café, as well as the party food we ordered. Would absolutely come back again.”

Highlights: there is real grass, an amazing outdoor area, a huge room full of puzzles, and caring teachers who really get to know your child. Our child is thriving and growing in so many ways. “We have always felt like family here. My two boys attended from 2019-2024. The food is fab. The place is always clean. No need is too much hassle. All staff are caring and understanding. They match your sleep routine. The centre has many celebration days like Diwali, Chinese New Year, Valentines Day, Samoan language week, Matariki etc. The Christmas party is free and wonderful. Mr whippy on tap as well as bouncy castles and santa.”
