   I came to inquire about a problem with my Toyota Hiace's carburetor, and Wayne was a complete professional. He gave an accurate diagnosis, and it turned out the entire carburetor needed to be replaced. Even though there were no vehicle-specific parts available, he built a new, original carburetor at an astonishing speed, and the repair was completed in just one day. Also, his entire family and staff were incredibly kind. We were traveling and staying in our van, and they kindly allowed us to stay on their property during the repairs and use their restroom and other facilities. The final repair cost wasn't even that high, and I can't thank them enough. Meeting them was one of the highlights of our trip to New Zealand. While it's best not to have car trouble, if anything ever happens again, I'll definitely go back. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic or auto electrician, you can't go wrong by going here.

   We came to Wayne with a carburettor issue, not only did he diagnose our problems, he refurbished our carburettor, he replaced our timing belt and gave our engine bay a good clean up. That was 2 weeks ago now, and we have had no issues. He spent 3 days working hard on it and invited us in for dinner at the end of it. He clearly knows his stuff, having worked on them since he was 15, so he was very trusting. He was very accommodating for travellers like ourselves, letting us stay overnight and use the bathroom facilities freely, as well. The invoice at the end of all of this was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend people to use him if you have any carburettor issues or need advice. Thank you Wayne, absolute legend!

   Outstanding service. I first spoke to Wayne about the problems with my carb over the phone and he was able to diagnose the problems easily. When I got the carb back from him after he had reconditioned it, it looked like a new carb and his help over the phone to get it set up and running right was first rate.

   I had a slight issue with my sportscar. While driving the carbs caught fire, something failed inside so pulled over & put out fire (all my cars carry extinguishers). So I sent the Carbs down to Wayne. Got them back & they look like new... seriously I thought he'd sent new ones to me. Very Very impressed with the service & quality of the restoration.
