Five Star Hospital. Professional and friendly staff. So efficient with no delays. Went in for Complete Right Hip replacement surgery. Can't fault the incredible Surgical Team. Post op care from the nurses was first Class. Highly recommended, and the menu / meals are restaurant quality! Your own private room and ensuite.

I had both Andy Vane and Andy Stokes for my lengthy surgery. They were incredible, knew exactly what they were doing and were very confident. Justin Imri was my anaesthetist and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I have anxiety, but the confidence and professionalism of the two surgeons and the anaesthetist significantly eased my worries. I can’t thank them enough for the massive help they’ve given me. The nurses' care after my operation was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free. Jo and the blonde student nurse were especially outstanding, providing incredibly caring and helpful support. You get your own room and bathroom with a menu and get served lovely, warm food. It’s more like a hotel than a hospital! It’s much better than a public hospital where you get cold, bland food. If you ever get referred for a surgery here, just know you’re under professional care and that there’s nothing to be worried about. Thank you to all the staff at Grace for taking care of me. :)

Appointment Andy Stokes for Knee damage. (Lovely receptionist.) Andy was very welcoming, completely understood my issues, extremely knowledgable and comprehensively explained things. Honest assessment and brilliant explanations - both my wife and self were super impressed. Absolutely first class treatment. With all the info supplied I am comfortable to postpone surgery for now. A true athlete's consultant. Really impressed as I usually try and keep away from hospitals and doctors.

If you need to be ill this is the place to do so. Staff are so friendly, facilities immaculate, care exceptional, and the process is fast and efficient. Truly a model of how hospitals should be run. 10 Oct 2023 - still an amazing facility. Day stay is quick and easy. In at 8am, out by noon. The staff are just so friendly and accommodating.

I had hand surgery during covid. The surgery on the hand was ok although I still get stretchy pains 2 years after and haven't got much torsional strength with the hand and tension that was pulled down in the operation. The original nurse straight after surgery was wrenching on my arm to remove the sling which hurt. I had to shower myself in the morning with a drip in one hand and a hand reconstruction plaster in the other and dress myself the nurses were all too busy to help or didn't want to. I had three plasters during two weeks that were put on too tight afterwards and one time I was in a power of pain when the nurse forced my hand down on the table for the last plaster. I had to wait 24 hours each time before they changed it. The tight plasters caused a noticeable amount of excess lymphatic fluid under my armpit which I still have till this day. The surgeon just can't understand why or doesn't want to. I have tried lymphatic massage but it won't go away. Grace Hospital make you sign away your rights before any surgery. All and all a pretty average outcome which I am not happy with.

Ok hospital, as expected clean tidy. Had a lot of shedculing issues with my surgey as they said I could have someone's slot beacuse they weren't vaccinated, and then changed their mind, eventually we got it sorted though. They didn't give me dinner after my surgey which was disappointing, and I was left alone most the night, could have done with more regular nurse checks, as I couldn't sleep after my surgery and having someone to talk to or being offered sleep meds would have made the night a lot better. The sunrise veiw outside the window was amazing though.

I was recently at Grace Hospital for a double hip replacement. Having never been to hospital at all before, I was apprehensive. But all the staff at Grace were fantastic. From the admin staff to the surgery team and everyone in between, they were all professional and lovely to deal with which made what could have been a stressful few days, into a relaxing few days of recovery. The rooms were also private and comfortable and the food was great. Thanks!!
