   Came here to get a professional and good car wash. I told the groomer that I need a perfectly clean car because I wanted to remove some minor scratches afterwards (which the car should be perfectly clean for, why I didn‘t go to an automatic wash. As I am travelling through NZ I don‘t have a place where I could wash the car myself, as I‘d normally do back home). I explained them the situation and we agreed on 80$ for the wash. When I came back after one hour, the car looked clean from 5 metres back. As soon as I got closer I sadly had to realise, that it was anything else but clean, there was still dirt, patches of dead flies and dusty water left on random spots everywhere on the car. I kindly made them aware of it, so the guy came out again, telling me everything left on the car was tar and that he couldn‘t remove it. I told him, I understood, that tar removal may require some more work and might not be included in a normal car wash, but if he could please clean the remaining dirt and flies off. He the sprayed tar remover over the entire car and started rubbing at random places without any system or plan. He used one end of a dirty cloth to agressivly rub the almost dry paint. The other end of it was dragging through the dirt on the gravel parking lot… When I asked him, if he always drags his towels through the stones before rubbing them over peoples cars paint, he didn‘t seem to even understand what the problem about it was, but at least made the effort to go and get another dirty cloth. Pray for my/your paint… In the end he cleaned 2 or 3 other spots while still missing a lot of dirt on other places, and told me, if I wanted the car to be clean, I‘d need to get a detailing job, a car wash wouldn‘t get a car clean. I don‘t know about you, but if wash my car, it is clean afterwards. And if I pay a professional to clean my car, I expect a clean car at the end. At least they let me stay in their parking lot to clean the rest of the car on my own with my water bottle and tiny microfibre towl I use to clean my windshield every now and then. Just what you hope for after spending 80$ for them to clean your car, right? Would have been better off going to a U-wash for 20 minutes… I sadly was to perplex to take any pictures of the scene, might be better for that groomer, he seemed like a kind guy just doing a job he never learned to do properly. Regarding the perfect reviews of the place I really don‘t understand this. Maybe I was just unlucky, but if this happens more commonly, I really can‘t recommend this place at all (at least for a car wash). If you have perfect paintwork on your car it might be worth taking some pictures beforehand as a proof just in case they ruin it rubbing it with their towels they dragged through their parking lot stones…

   thought my camaro was already shiny but was nothing compared to what they did .highly recommend them top marks thanks ....access can be a problem but we could put that down to overflow due to covid 10/10.

   These guys are AMAZING! I brought them an old Commodore that had been left in a paddock for 3 years - lichen growing on the outside, mould all over the upholstery on the inside, spider infestations... I was ready to write it off. They returned it to me looking like new! Wish I could post before and after photos. Very pleasant to deal with too :-)
