    We went to sit at a table that was absolutely filthy. My husband went & asked for a cloth to clean the table & got given a dry cloth with no cleaning product at all. There was noone doing any cleaning & the floor was disgusting with spilt drinks & discarded food. They were very busy but is it normal to expect the diner to clean the table & with a dry cloth!

    Do not order online thinking it will speed up the process. I placed my order, arrived 5 mins after the app said it would be ready, and they hadn't even started making the order then made me wait an additional 45mins as I watch drive through, uber and counter customers be served. I should have just gone through drive through as I would have been prioritised. The online orders are the last in their que system.

    If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. Their pick up/delivery room is abysmal, with no seating and no staff manning the pick up counter, meaning you're waiting a long time just to even have someone notice you are waiting to tell them your order number. As a relatively new uber delivery driver I've never witnessed such horrible state of waiting times and overall service. I heard one staff member repeatedly yelling at her co-workers and all staff members were heads down, bottoms up to the point, getting anyone's attention was legitimately impossible. I tried. I also waited for over an hour for an uber order to staff still not even making it and ended up canceling the order to receive a $3 compensation from uber support. Just because I'm not your customer doesn't mean the restaurant has the right to treat you as if you don't matter and they hardly remember you're waiting. If you're lucky someone might just come ask for your order number and then you don't see them again for the duration of waiting time. Come up with a better system for pick ups/deliveries I'm begging of you KFC south duendin . A sign-in kiosk where you input your order number with an approx waiting time after you've entered the number. Seats- so a pregnant lady like myself can sit down without the pain of standing for long durations. A restaurant compensation if your order has been waiting for more than 20 minutes . Please, the bare minimum seating I would have appreciated.

    We recently paid for 3 Buckets, but only received 2. Your staff said all meals were packed in the two paper bags, but that was not true. We did not receive our 16-piece Bucket Regular Meal, which cost $44.99. This was very disappointing — we trusted your staff and only found out later that one meal was missing. Because of this, we had to buy more takeaways in Mosgiel since we didn’t have enough food. Please arrange for either a replacement meal or a refund of $44.99 as soon as possible. This was a really poor experience, and we hope you will look into your service process to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

    I’m very disappointed with my recent orders from KFC. I ordered loaded fries and they only gave me half the portion. I also found a hair in my food, which is unacceptable. They forgot to put cheese on it — not just this time, but many times before. On top of that, they put aioli sauce on it even though I never asked for it (and I can’t stand aioli). This is really poor quality control and service.

    How disappointing on service & cleanliness!! Knowingly Dunedin hosted an international rugby game in the weekend staffing should of been taken consideration. This is not for the first time KFC south Dunedin have let customers down! Customer service, Sunday was disappointing where inexperienced, staff who lack in good customer service & able to ignore environmental & expectations of going that extra mile for special occasions. I would highly recommend team leaders revisit training & coaching & the purpose not just about money!!!

    Really busy, which you can’t blame anyone. However, all staff except one were rude and dismissive of the customers. Many minor mistakes we made in numerous peoples orders (including my own) and no apology or anyone taking any responsibility. One staff member however, Margret I believe her name was, was exceptional and the only person to have made the experience better. She is such an asset to your team and she completely shone amongst the rest of your team.

    It's a typical KFC. Very busy place. Clean and tidy. Staff were working flat out. Staff were friendly, and our food came out quickly, but they forgot a small fries. Tasted just like KFC you get from anywhere.

    I love their original recipe which is only $6. The gentleman at the drive thru was very nice even we spend a lot of time when deciding. Unfortunately, their coleslaw was not available. I will recommend the coleslaw as my hubby love it much.
