The best customer service, when you have been in once you are treated as a friend, this and every other time. All my neighbors go here as well. Its always so fresh and tasty and well balanced meal. I would highly recommend going here to eat.
First time purchasing food from Adana and overall very happy. Food was super tasty, service prompt and polite and good atmosphere in the restaurant. The only downside would be that the public area of the restaurant looked like it needed a bit of love/attention - the door looked grubby, random plastic bottle wedged into the counter, and a few other things were noticed that could be easily fixed and totally uplift the feeling of the place. Still, overall a good experience and would go back there again.
NOT EVEN REAL TURKISH FOOD. Burger had a chicken Pattie in it instead of donor chicken, last time the burger had donor chicken in it. The burger isn’t even a Turkish burger in any way at all. Absolutely terrible.
I keep forgetting to take pictures before I eat because it’s THAT DAMN GOOD! Not only that but the service is above and beyond what’s expected. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve always been greeted with a smile from the male owner. Last time me and my partner came here for food there was a small mistake which meant my partner couldn’t eat it. We asked if we could get another made and the owner was very apologetic and more than happy to fix the mistake. Not only that but he let me (a big eater) eat the original. When we came back a week later for another meal he remembered my partners correct order and apologised again. Extremely friendly staff, fantastic food which all adds to the fantastic experience. Thank you a lot!!
Decided to step in and try Adana and we are glad we did, the service was welcoming, and the menu was competitively priced. Once the food came out we both said wow, and it tasted better than it looked. Large portions and tons of flavour. Salad was very fresh. Best kebab iv had in Dunedin! Will be back.
Paid a premium on Uber Eats. Was sloppy, tasteless, more carrot than meat and couldn’t taste a single ingredient on its own. Prob the worst kebab I’ve had in Dunedin tbh
I really enjoy going to Adana Turkish kebab. I think the food is delicious! I am a big fan of the kebabs. The salad really fresh. and the hummus is so tasty. They have vegetarian food too, plus a really big range of delicious Turkish food and fabulous kebabs. The staff are so friendly too.
no good!! never again. dry not enough sauce. paid extra to add cheese and they forgot even though the price is ridiculous and should included it. terrible. i was hungry tonight and had faith but heck these guys will ruin your meal to make an extra 50cents. guaranteed to feel robbed if you go here
Man has Adana gone downhill over the past couple years.. doner chicken was completely flavorless and sickly pale. Like it had just been flashed in a frypan. Wrap was packed with coleslaw and slopped with oily sauce with barely a sign of tabbouleh or hummus, i can't say with confidence whether it was even included. Chips unsalted and soggy. Fanta was the only good thing about the meal.
