   The food came out really quickly but unfortunately it was cold. It’s not the first time this has happened and yes I have gone back but like the first time it’s not cooked fresh very dissatisfied

   Took the kids, playground was good even for my 18month old who got up into the high part with helo from Miss 4.loved the nuggets, staff came over to offer us som grinch hats which was sweet.

   Ordered a small meal and sat down and it took over 10 min for my coffee to be made even when there was only one other person in the whole restaurant, I asked to speak to a manager as its not acceptable and they didn't even come out to see me and just ignored me, very easy for McDonald's to see who was supposed in charge at Andy Bay on Thurs 25th Sept at 8am. Disgusting service and bad management and servicing, staff are happy to all stand around in kitchen and schreek and laugh and all hang out but make people's orders. Very poorly run store and ill go to north dunedin for now on

   I got served by the most gorgeous drive-thru cashier I've ever seen!! I swear I could have seen my life flash before my eyes! Just to get the most delicious chocolate dip, The ice cream was to die for....

   Lovely sunny day. Visited playground with 6 mth old baby and 2 3 yr olds. No heating absolutely freezing. Far to cold for a baby. Asked for heating to be turned on and they said it was broken. I believe with the chill in the play area it should have been shut. Sort this out McDonald's ..it's the middle of winter and no one should be exposed to that cold. Other choice is to shut your playground.

   Brought a coffee to have there, waited 30 mins for it then went up to coffee counter to ask if I had been forgotten. The lady Denise (and another) was rude to me and said 'thats the one I would have tipped out!' like I was to blame. I sat down, the young girl brought me it to me and said nothing. I sarcasticly said 'sorry about that '....she said 'that's alright'. I won't be going back as find the coffee lady is often a sad sack

   Clean, friendly, well-staffed. Brought the meal out to the sitting area. Fries were hot and fresh, but could've been crispier and saltier. Coke was really watered down.
