I was shopping for essentials oils and had gone to a lot of shops in Taradale. I went to Health 2000 and was happy to not only get some of the oils I needed but the lady serving was helpful and happy to order what I needed. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend friends to go their for not only good service but also a wide range of beautiful products.
Had already found out online that store had what i needed, asked one of the staff who told me no they didnt have it, so found it myself and she tried to back track, definitely be going to napier store in future
Felt like I was invisible. Lady didn't even acknowledge me. Sure, busy serving, but then when finished, went to another customer who arrived 5 minutes after me! I needed help finding the product I was sent in for. Obviously, I don't look like a person who'd spend as still sweaty from gym!
The staff are great. I told them my problem and they listened. They gave me some useful advice and some products to take.
