I got a regular oat f/w to take away and the cup was half filled with froth and what liquid there was, didn't taste good at all. The food looked amazing, though I didn't buy anything as I was between big meals.
Bad coffee and stressed out manager on a quiet morning.. Weird vibes, and they messed up our coffee order with no apology. The second stars for a good cheese scone. Wouldn’t go back for the weird vibes and poor service
The coffee and food were both very delicious. I got a cinnamon roll and latte and my friend got a toastie and a flat white. Customer service was excellent too. Will definitely be back for more!
Love the coffee here and the savoury muffins are the BEST, however, every single time I order a fluffy for my 2yo (whether or not I specify milk only, no chocolate) she ends up with a hot chocolate! It always takes way too long to get to the front of the line to take it back and wait to have it remade (or we have already got home before I realise) so admittedly I haven't said anything directy to them. Just would be nice to get what we order for our young child!
My coffee was weak, i didnt enjoy it at all and it was a complete let down considering i did ask for an extra shot with my flat white, i need the hit from it, thats what i seek when buying a coffee i do have high expectations and know myself how to make coffee the same way they do or think they do when quite possibly they dont make a very nice start to my day getting this served to me i wasnt impressed at all i couldnt even drink it ☕️
Finally found our new coffee place since moving to Taradale. If you are after a nice coffee and a snack, this is 100% the place to go. Great staff were very welcoming and attentive, had a cappuccino and Apple and Blueberry Muffin (best blueberry Muffin I've had in Hawkes Bay) to share with my partner in the nearby park. Looking forward to our new weekend ritual.
My wife found this place a few months ago and we have been nearly every Sunday since, the scones are the best anywhere, great coffee, super friendly service.
