   Waking up early to come here is not only worth it for the sunrise but for the amazing food and drink. Iv been a couple times now and the coffees are always so silky and the right amount of foam for the drink type. I tried their special black forest mocha and i cant stop thinking about it - it was incredible. Their normal hot chocolates, lattes, and cheeserolls are also top tier! As someone who's from the south i can appreciate a good cheeseroll and i'm glad to have finally found a place here that reminds me of home. Service is always quick and with a smile and the barista i was chatting with earlier came over to me to check in and we talked about coffee and she was really knowledgeable and easy going. The staff are all so kind!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Long Dog Café in Dunedin is such a lovely spot! It has a beautiful beach view that makes the whole experience even better. The staff are really friendly, the food is delicious, and everything feels warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here, definitely a place I’d come back to!

   Gorgeous setting for Long Dog cafe perched on the ocean front and part of the hot pool complex. Fabulous cakes and curly fries and more to be had. Bonus short, long, scruffy dogs welcome seating outside, inside and closer to ocean pool ❤️❤️❤️

   Beautifullly situated cafe ! - the most lovely view of rhe Beach and waterfront. Could sit for hours but had eaten the steak, bacon pie too quickly! It's a cosy environment and best seats at definitely away from the door, especially on cold days! Although the owners were quick to close the door when someone forgot to close it. The service was superb!

   Wowowow, I don't know how this place isn't at full 5 stars! Wonderful staff and some of the best food I've had in New Zealand. Such a find. Definitely try the raspberry coconut cake, the smoothie, and the pesto chicken bagel. Can't go wrong with any coffee.

   Small crowded busy place with a long wait. Order a simple coconut hot chocolate and double shot mocha. Coffees were almost flavorless and only tasted like the milks selected after waiting a long time we were offered to have them remade but would of been another 10-15minutes. Wouldt bother trying again.

   Savory muffin delicious but savory scroll was too chowy after heating . The perfect heating way might be by oven not microwave. but it seems impossible in a cafe to have oven reheating .
