   Terrible service. My wife and I ordered drive through. The order was wrong when we got our order .that was no problem. But when the manager interrupted rudely when we were correcting the order with the staff member he was very rude. I guess he was the manager because he was wearing red compared the the rest of the staff . I asked for his name and was told it was Sam from another staff member when recieving out order. We won't be coming back. And once we got home our order was still missing what we had ordered .Terrible service.

   Once again worst service didn't give me all my order had to go in and get it then the quality was terrible cold soggy chips and cold burgers. This seems to happen far to often in taradale it is actually a joke! I haven never had such bad service and consistently from a McDonald's before.

   Absolutely trash!!! Made a drive-thru order at 11:12am 15/3/24. The restaurant was not busy, burgers were slapped together and not made to order, very rude customer service by someone that seemed to hate being there (fair enough and it could be personal life issues but if you can't be pleasant to customers don't work in customer service!) Big Mac ordered with extra cheese and pickles had no extra cheese and no extra pickles. Quarter pounder ordered with extra pickles had no pickles what so ever. The Staff working here seem depressed and over there jobs. A depressing place to go. The joyful experience of getting McDonald's as a treat is long gone. Gone are the days of customer service and reliability in correct orders. Disgusting taradale McDonald's! You should all be ashamed of yourselfs. Time and time again it is just rubbish. I should of went to Napier McDonald's and I new this before I went to taradale so I guess this is on me

   One of our passenger ordered instore and was the only customer in there yet still had 15 min wait, we went through the drive thru, got our meal ate it all before our passenger returned with theirs.

   If you wanna be bombarded by intermediate schools after school this is your place. Frozen cokes were $1 for a large, but now they have increased which sucks. Burgers are alright but they don't put enough, cheese, pickles, onions or sauce. Fries, milkshakes, apple pie, and sundaes are the best. A big mac combo is so expensive tho .

   Stopped here for McCafe coffee out of convenience. It was a mistake. Barista seemed distracted even though it wasn't busy. Coffee was overheated and tasted burnt. Disappointing.

   Couldn't fault the food at all. The restaurant looked and felt a bit 'down' . Not sure if it was related to past weeks events. And they had a few indifferent customers. I noted a few wrong orders so checked mine before Ieaving. It was all good. Maybe their team could participate in some team bonding and learn to smile again.
