   Mike has excellent knowledge of the housing market & building construction & he is a good listener. Mike met with us first and we discussed what we would like to get for the property. We talked about some tidying up renovations we wanted to do to the house before it went on the market. Mike listened and advised us when we had questions about this. Mike understands building construction and his advice was very helpful. Once the house went on the market Mike kept us fully updated on the open days and the number of enquiries, inspections, contracts and offers there were. This information was also emailed to us in a Vendors Report regularly. Because the property was in a different town to where we live, when Mike did the open homes, he checked the house was ok and had no issues, this was so helpful to us and we really appreciated the extra lengths he went to. Mike also visited us at our home on several occasions to discuss how the sale was going, should we do more advertising, and anything else that would help the sale of the house. Mike always had a very pleasant and helpful manner. He is a good listener and knows the market well, so his advice was always sound. We are very happy with the price and the quickness of the settlement from the day of the offer to the payment date. Mike made sure the sale went very smoothly and there were no issues or concerns. It was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend Mike.
