Used HTC when sold & bought Anne was great. Was an easy process. Chose them for my current sale was informed I would have Simon..asked for someone else as a friend had daid she had difficulty contacted him. Was ensured he'd be in touch. Haven't heard from him & whenever I ring the receptionist, don't always answer phone, but when I speak to her she is great & says he's not available but will email him to follow up.which she has done several times.He hasn't. My possible buyers lawyer contacted him with her concerns..if he had responded to this or myself & land agent they may have been reassured. However he didn't and she has pulled out of the sale. Now I'm looking for another lawyer but it is difficult at this time of the year with Christmas breaks. And it's costing me money as have to keep paying my mortgage rates etc & lost option on my next property.

I used this organization twice, first time amazing. Second time I had never sold house before and the receptionist had been sending info to the wrong address so ended up a night matter the day before settlement when Sue rang scaring/terrifying me terribly saying we had to return the forms I knew all about which had been sent to me. She explained we were up for huge expenses and it would affect house sale. Since the receptionist had sent it to wrong address I had no idea, and if my son hasn't been there it would have been disastrous for me. There was no real apologies initially and I was told it was all my fault and responsibility, and it was Stressful so be careful, don't know what you could do though to prevent this as I hadn't received and correspondence from her, so was unaware. .
