   Rachael and Kathleen have looked after our rentals for many years. I can't fault them - pleasant to communicate with, great advice and proactive in keeping the properties in top condition. Nothing is too much trouble, they don't hesitate to help. We live in Australia now and they have continued to support us and our great tenants perfectly. We get good advice on choice of tenants, and on the odd things that need fixing up - Kathleen never hesitates to arrange tradies and others for us when needed, whether to fix a broken heater or keeping teh place in great condition outside. They are backed up by a really comprehensive set of tradies who are able to handle any issues. Definitely use these guys for peace of mind, and if renting be sure they will keep your place in great condition.

   I have rented with Nidd property management just shy of four years and can not fault their service one bit. Kathleen has by far been the best, most efficient, kind and genuine property Manager I have had in all my years of renting. Nothing was ever too big or small and I felt comfortable to reach out when needed. Maintenance and communication was always prompt and easy and Kathleen was always understanding and happy to work in and around my schedule. Thankyou Kathleen and Nidd Property management for a wonderful partnership over the years. Its a been pure joy.

   The kind of agency that calls for the need to regulate property managers. Was unfairly denied a tenancy reassignment then treated very rudely by their property managers, leaving me needing to find a new place just before moving down. They continued on to bully the current tenants when we tried to sort a flatmates agreement between ourselves. Definitely would not recommend supporting local in this case.

   I would give an even higher rating if I could. I moved to Dunedin in 2020 and within a fortnight we secured a home with NIDD. Aimee was our property manager and we also communicated a lot with Rachael - both of them are phenomenal. They treated the space as our home, always respectful with inspections, quick to reply and taking action if there was ever an issue. In my opinion, a good property manager is just as important as a good rental, so if you have the option to rent a house from NIDD - do it. These guys take incredible care of their tenants!

   Nidd Property Management and Rentals Dunedin are absolutely delightful! I was a tenant in a Dunedin Central property that was managed by Rachael Courtney and Nigel Stewart from Nidd for 3 years. Both Rachael and Nigel were warm, receptive, and clear communicators. They were swift to respond and remediate any issues that arose and consistently checked in on me and my apartment. I would highly recommend Rachael and Nigel to tenants and advise that they would enjoy a comfortable experience with them. If I owned a rental property, I would have Rachael and Nigel manage it for me.
