If I could give 6 stars I would. Andrew was magnificent. The speed in which he pulled the strings to get the listing off the ground, and then 3 days after listing into a multi offer situation. Absolutely faultless. Andrew was also a pleasure to work with. His energy and enthusiasm is second to none.
An excellent experience where Hamish exceeded all expectations. I was a very remote seller, being on the other side of the world, while my wife is based in New Zealand. At no point did I feel the remoteness meant that I didn't know what was going on at the earliest opportunity. The house, as well as needing refurbishment, is quite quirky and wouldn't suit everyone. I imagined it would take quite a while to find a seller. Hamish managed this after one open home, and also exceeded the price I believed that we might get. Hamish was in regular contact by email, and seemed to be working at a very early hour going by the speedy replies to emails I sent late afternoon. I'm unlikely to be selling again in New Zealand, but if we're, I would use Hamish without any hesitation.
Part of the family . We are writing this review about Jo Turnbull who has been our agent in Milton for almost 10 years. During that time we have brought and sold 2 properties, have had multiple tenants and repairs (minor and major). As we live abroad it would have been almost impossible to have managed the work without Jo’s amazing service. Throughout our dealings Jo has been open, honest but also has always had our best interests at the centre of what she does. Matthan has be an awesome property manager for my first year renting! He’s always a text/call away and helps us with any issues we have at the flat! super easy going, professional, friendly and replies in a timely manner! and very helpful with anything we need or for any questions asked:)
Great property, specifically the Anscombe village. Got weekly cleaning service for common areas, secure and well-insulated and heated flats, car park, and elevator. Matt (property specialist) is responsive to queries and feedback, fast on paperworks prior tenancy, checks on us every now and then. He also attends to repairs promptly. Got flexible arrangements on tenancy (no long term contracts) and payments. Another plus is the great location which is less than a 5-min walk to the uni (Otago business school). Overall, great experience so far!
We have had Oliver Kloogh as our property manager this year and he is amazing!!! He is always willing to help and always seems to get the jobs done as quickly as possible. Very approachable and kind people person!! Thanks to Oliver we have had a great year so far in our flat and anyone who gets him as a property manager is lucky

Whenever we've had issues, he's always gotten onto it straight away, and goes the extra mile to make sure that things are the best they can be for us as tenants.
