   A wonderful, perfect experience!!! My niece and partner stayed at these apartments as my guests, for university graduation. WOW!!! They loved it. Location, serenity, cleanliness, space all exceptionally good. Everything was six star. During the graduation events, a number of the family came for a quiet lunch and we all fitted in to the expansive living room very comfortably. It’s a great apartment and I highly recommend it. Wonderful location. Wonderfully equipped and very kind, respectful and welcoming hosts.

   My fifth stay at The Terminus, which confirms it's my favourite home away from home in Dunedin. Comfortable and clean, great amenities, beautiful bedlinen, nice relaxed warehouse style, (super powerful water pressure in the shower,!) best location with parking over the road, (cheap for the whole day), and easy to walk around Dunedin from there. Very good email communication before, during stay and on exiting, appreciate the breakfast supplies too. Thanks Antonia and Steve, we loved it just as much as ever.

   Apt 5 is a great top floor apartment, renovated, plenty of space for two. Comfy bed and pillows, clean and handy to the city and train station. There is also a washing machine and dryer, with washing powder supplied. Would definitely recommend.

   I've stayed in two Terminus apartments now and both were excellent. A beautiful renovation and heaps of character, lovely views and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

   What a cool place. Awesome apartment, top floor with amazing views over the park and the harbor. Absolutely everything has been thought of, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc etc. We had a small balcony as well which was lovely to watch the world go by. Central to everything, easy walking distance to town and routes in and out of dunedin. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again.

   Location is just walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Place is very cozy. Everything you need is provided. They even have board games, ear plugs, medicine. Most of all, best service from the staff and owner. We forgot an item during our stay and they extend extra help of mailing it to us. Perfect! I’d love to stay again!

   Very welcoming, loved the brekky supplies (apples, muesli, bread and spreads) well stocked kitchen. Clean modern apartment within an old building with an interesting history. Great reno! Only short walk to city and museum. Only downside is parking is paid during business hours.

   Love these historic building refurbs. Cosy New York style loft apartment stay. We'll designed place with some good eateries nearby. Suffered from noise with the main road running past it, but earplugs were provided. Nice touch!

   Best place to stay! Everything you need is in the apartment. It’s like coming home at the end of the day. Great location, easily accessible to everything. Parking is a breeze across the street (only $7 for all day 9am-6pm) and you can pay via the app in your phone - how easy. Easy, clear, consistent communication and information. I loved staying here and will definitely be back!!
