Great place to stay close to city but far enough away to be quiet. Set in a nice suburb, easy access to motorway. Private outside space with table 2 chairs and your own BBQ, good parking. We enjoyed the stay. We had the adjoining rooms with family.
We stayed at Superior Dunedin Apartments during our recent visit to the city and were genuinely impressed. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything from the layout to the furnishings felt thoughtfully designed. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches like quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment had all the conveniences of home—washer/dryer, good heating, fast Wi-Fi, and even Netflix on the smart TV, which was perfect for a relaxing evening. We also really liked how quiet it was despite being close to the city centre. The location is ideal—just a short walk or drive to supermarkets, cafes, and Dunedin’s main attractions like the Octagon and Botanical Gardens. Free parking on-site made things even easier. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions provided in advance. We didn’t need to contact staff much, but when we did, they were friendly and quick to respond. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, self-contained stay in Dunedin. Whether you’re here for a short visit or a longer stay, Superior Dunedin Apartments truly lives up to its name.
Nicely appointed apartment, located away from Dunedin but still an easy drive to the city centre. Very clean and quiet, the only disappointment was the small towels.
What a fabulous wee place. I came to Dunedin for study and stayed here for three nights. The room was a great size and really well set out. The shower was AMAZING, possibly best I have ever had!! The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had a heated floor which was nice. The unit was lovely and warm. Parking was available. Nightly rates were good. The place was just wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
My partner and I stayed there when we came down for my grandmothers funeral. The room was nice and clean. Checking in and out was easy too. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a few different thickness pillows - ours were a bit thin.
Amazing place. We stayed in a spacious and cosy room with the really comfortable bed and nice garden view. Highly recommend.
Awesome place, everything is built to make our stay easy. Serguey work too hard to have this gem for share with travelers. Everything is very clean and funcional. I I’ll certainly stay here again .
This accomodation so conveniently close to Dunedin and easy to find. Decor really done tastefully, spacious rooms, with good room set up. Beds are kings very comfy. Very private and quiet. Priced well real value for money. Highly recommend will use again. Thankyou Highly recommend
Unfortunately we never actually got to stay at the accommodation as we were flooded out in Auckland but dealing with the management team during a tough time in the family was TERRIBLE. Yes we booked the cheapest room 3 MONTHS AGO and there was a no refund policy after the 15th of Jan, however we did not expect to be in the midst of a cyclone and requested some of the booking fee to be returned. This was met by a rude and curt response with absolutely no help. Very upset and disappointed.
A fantastic, clean and quiet location. The room was comfortably warm ( they have under floor heating). Extremely helpful and friendly people. We accidentally left a cellphone behind and they promptly posted it back to us. If trying to decide, my recommendation is just to book it. These guys are very nice people with a fantastic set-up going on.
