Hard to get appointments especially to see your regular doctor, unfriendly reception staff, long wait times in the waiting room. One particularly uncaring-to-the-point-of-being-offensive GP is Haley Foster. Not recommended. Changed practices since my previous disagreeable encounter with her.
I have always received amazing service, great Doctors but seriously some if your staff at reception need to smile. You walk in and it's depressing. Alot of the people coming into your centre would like to be greeted with a smile.
Amity Health Centre is amazing. I rang yesterday for guidence & I was so impressed when the same nurse rang me & checked in to see how my girls were today. These guys go over & above to look after their patients!! The doctors are all really good with kids too, my girls have no concerns or fears about going to the doctors, the staff are amazing!! Thank you so much to all of the staff!!
I can almost always get an appointment on the day I need one and the Drs are very caring and professional.
Very good medical professionals! Wait times in the last few years have been very poor, sometimes upto 30-40 minutes from the point you were ment to be seen!
