   The nurse was very unprofessional asking for photos when my husband was never asked for photos previously and if he refused he wasn’t able to get an appointment for another 2 weeks even though his skin flared up very badly it was so infected, so he sent the pics just to be subscribed cream for his infected eczema, on top of that he waited for ages for a response as they said they would contact him in a couple hours and when he called to the wellness centre they said they had forgotten to make contact with him. Very unsatisfied

   This is the second time I had to write a poor review all because of the receptionist. It's always the same lady, so rude and disrespectful. She always talks over me, I asked her how many people are left before my sons turn, I needed to know because I had to decide if I should wait or take him to the er but she kept saying it's irrelevant. That's upto me to decide, she has no compassion just want to hang up, sighs everytime I tried to talk to her but never listens. For some reason she was being so stubborn. They really need to go over their training or get a new receptionist. Last time I had an incident with this same lady, same problem and someone else came and apologised on her behalf and asked me to put my reviews down. Other asian lady who answers the phone, I'm not sure if she's the nurse or another receptionist but she is polite, nice and caring. It's a shame that the first person you see and talk to, the very first impression of the clinic is this rude receptionist.

   This Place has Gone to the Pack since Dr De Silva is no longer there Everyone there is Rude and Arrogant and no help at all there just a Bunch of Bunnys I'm done with this Clinic Improve your Ways your suppose to be there to help but not even but your quick to take the Money cause that's all your about is the Money adding extra money onto to people's accounts but yes we were onto you Also the New So Called Dr Badabee is arrogant and rude. Appointment was at 3pm didn't get in till 3.30pm no apology for running late just in a hurry to get out the door he was. My Son has Anxiety Issues and he was so rude to him which didn't help with my Sons Health Issues. They don't know his history only Dr De Silva does and Dr De Silva takes the time to listen and help and apologise if he's running late Oh and Paula learn ya job properly my Son had a Referral done by her which got declined because she sent it to the wrong department a good Dr like De Silva would know this and do it right first time This is Going Further without a Doubt Oh and not to Mention they print of a Paper and Charge you $10.00 as well as the appointment fee. This clinic is just all about the Money not it's Patients

   Just moved to Hawkes Bay, had our introduction yesterday with the Nurse Practitioner - I almost don't want to write about her in case everyone suddenly joins and it becomes impossible to get an appointment but what a LOVELY EXPERIENCE. So welcoming and kind, great information, made my children feel very at ease, good focus on women's health.

   My family and I had a great experience and continue under the care of Dr. Silva as our GP. My son and I were severely sick with a chest infection and he took the time to see us, called me at home to check in, prescribed medicines when needed and even helped me put a backup plan in case my symptoms worsened during some travels I had to take. I would easily say he went well above and beyond expectations and for that I am thankful.

   Couldn't speak more highly of this place. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Let me drop in with no appointment with baby with suspected ear infection. Such friendly staff and both Doctors I've had have been wonderful and approachable. This practice seems particularly good for people with children. Paula is a baby expert and helped with weaning. The receptionists have good knowledge of how to 'work the system' to get the care you need as quickly as possible. LOVE THEM!
