Fallow deer pie was truly one of the best. Lacked a bit of structural integrity which turned me into a driving hazard but all goods! Good stuff

I thought I knew delicious pies until I went to Spelt Bakery. I got the Chicken, Chutney and Brie pie and it feels as if my eyes have been opened. Thank you Spelt, this was an honour.
Just popped in today for a mocha and hot chocolate. Although the staff are friendly, both beverages just tasted like hot milk, with some slight sweetness added by the marshmallows, no taste of chocolate or coffee in either. Unfortunately was not dine in so was discovered at home. Disappointing as was wanting to support local

Scone was to die for. Cheese roll was excellent. Great to have our takeaway coffee after a few weeks of lockdown! Great place nice staff!
