   Ordered the DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WAFFLE from them multiple times and 4 out of 5 times there's no ice cream or chocolate sauce and just a plain waffle, this isnt a one off occurrence which is the baffling thing to me, I mean for christ sakes its in the name

   The WORST food, consistently. Two days ago, out of hangry desperation, I went in and bought three items: a cheese roll, a $3 pizza slice, and a kransky. I wasn't able to finish any of the three, everything was inedible. The pizza crust was so dry and tough - enough to break a tooth. The kransky had an outer skin that can only be described as leathery. The cheese roll was also overly crunchy and dry. $15 wasted. It's always the same story here of feeling totally ripped off with inedible food. Never again. Grumpy staff member too (middle aged woman).

   Me and my friend went in for thick shakes and the service wasn’t great good be better but I can understand it as it was really busy but the thick shakes idk what was expired either the ice cream or the milk but I got barely get a sip in before I feel sick from how expired the product was, kinda a waste of money as I can’t even drink the rest.

   Communications for this store are never answered - I have called mid day, mid evening, later in the evening. All calls are either unanswered or I have to call a good 4-5 times. 8i know staff are under pressure & you guys are very busy but this is unacceptable. I have constant issues with deliveries , eg missing items, wrong items, cold items. Almost every time I order. I ask for fresh, your staff do not provide fresh food. Staff have given me wrong products multiple times and when (if ever) the phone is answered they say it is not their fault & they cannot replace items. Who is training your staff?? From what I have seen and experienced they are very untrained & seem to not know a lot of the night and day policies etc. I work very closely with a few of our very busy N&Ds, so I KNOW staff are under pressure constantly. This is just not it.

   Usually very good food but have just been there now for my usual but today hash sticks cold and chicken kebabs so dried out they are inedible, very disappointed

   Good tidy and big shop. Staff is friendly. The shop can be really busy and hard to known where is the line.

   Grate place nicely put together. Very nice,kind people work here very good at what they do. Can get busy with there specials they have now and then slushy machine gets busy on hot days and by the end of day it tends to be all gone. Very nice place to get a Sunday!
