Just ordered 2 coffees, only 2 staff on, one no where to be seen, the other making coffees, but would stop to serve. Over 20 mins wait and when I asked I was told 'someone else must have took yours'. I was there the entire time, no one took mine, they were missed. Not good enough! Note: i have used the cafe every day for the last week and up until today could not fault it.
