   9 ladies had a wonderful dinner in the Vault. The food was really delicious, Tim our server was attentive and funny, and we enjoyed being in our own space - able to hear each other and to control the heating and the music. We would highly recommend it.

   We started off a murder/mystery evening with a high tea before we took the game back to our accommodation. The vault was a perfect setting for the occassion and the food was enjoyed by all - including those with special dietary requirements.    Excellent service. The manager contacted one week beforehand to confirm booking. I requested if I could change the dining time which they accommodated, considering they were fully booked for graduation celebrations. The booking was followed up with an email. Had a booking for twenty people and each course arrived simultaneously so people weren’t waiting. The waiting staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was very good. Good choices of entree, main and dessert to select from. Generous portions and very delicious. No need to order separate small size dishes like vegetables as came with main dishes. Overall, a great evening!

   We had booked in for a High Tea in one of the Vault Rooms. What an amazing experience, food was absolutely superb, seruve from start to finish was second to none. If you have a chance to do it, I would highly recommend spending the extra $$ for the Vault Rooms.

   Simply fantastic!! Steak was one of the best I have had. Well complimented with roast potatoes and veges. But the compliments need to go to Anna. Her attention to detail, attentiveness, and warm smile is so rate in a young waitress. Thank you Anna. Only thing I would suggest, (not a criticism and not easy to fix), but change the colour temperature of the lighting to 3000kelvin or even 2700 Kelvin. Existing lighting is very cold. Apart from that, awesome, well done.

   Awesome night in one of the Vault's private dining rooms. The food was brilliant. Great ambience, beautiful rooms and the most incredible waitress who looked after us absolutely brilliantly with the most amazing fun attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved it. Thank you for making it so incredible. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something different and special.

   Wow! What a fantastic experience at Parcels! A group of eight of us, girls reconnecting fifty plus years after leaving boarding school, dined in one of the vaults on Saturday night 6 May and we couldn’t have had a better night out…From the time of booking right through until leaving after a beautiful meal every aspect of our dining at Parcels was perfect. Great communication, a warm friendly welcome from staff, a delightful waitress, delicious food, and a sumptuous environment! An absolute highlight of our weekend in Dunedin!!!!
