   Good price, good knowledge, and fast service. But they do not know how to serve customer with a smile, polite, and positive attitude. There was no waiting room, and they asked me to wait outside and standing because I saw they put the hoist arm a bit risky and I politely remind him about it and he looks not happy and grumpy. They need to learn how to make the workshop tidy.

   Great place to go if you want a dodgy WOF. Crack in the windshield, squeaky brakes needing replaced, near bald tires at the end of their life and no car jack to list a few. Thankfully I have some car knowledge and pointed all these things out to the seller and he admitted the WOF shouldn’t have been issued. Feel bad for any potential buyers who don’t have a clue and trust the mechanic to do a good job.

   This company is A+ , they managed to put us in within 3 working days. Not like the CASTLE BRAVO guy, we didn't need to go along for the test drive and judge there work! Would I want to sit front front with a gynecologist while he / she worked.. Ridiculous. Thankyou. Appreciate your ethic. Highly recommended

   Absolutely awesome attitude, all because I asked if I could come for a road test for a warrant for MY OWN car. Phenomenal reaction - I was told I was "very much welcome to come" accompanied by a good attitude I was told to never go somewhere else, with the keys gestured away from me. This was not the entirety of the man's greatness, but to say more would not be enough. Had this not been a prearranged deal with the car dealership I bought my car off, 4 days prior, I may not have ended up there, thank Jesus I did. I am telling everyone I know to use this business all the time. Wanted and warranted attitude that could not have been explained to me with more form of class and respect. Thank you so much

   Absolutely atrocious attitude, all because I asked if I could come for a road test for a warrant for MY OWN car. Phenomenal reaction - I was told I was "living in Disney Land" accompanied by a foul attitude and was told to leave and go somewhere else, with the keys gestured back towards me. This was not the entirety of the man's attitude, but to say more wouldn't be advantageous. Had this not been a prearranged deal with the car dealership I bought my car off, 4 days prior, I'd very happily have left to give my business to a proper person with a proper attitude. I am telling everyone I know to not use this business at all. Unwanted and unwarranted attitude that could have been explained to me with some form of class and respect.
