   Excellent experience. Took my car in for two tyres and had them replaced with a wheel alignment. Also asked for a service and was promptly done with a smile from Steve. Not a problem. We will be back for sure.

   Took our car in with suspension on the ground on one side. A week or so later they said it'd be ready to pick up that afternoon. Went in and they said 'unfortunate happenstance' but the other side has failed while we've had it. They had replaced the wrong side! Garage was admit that they had replaced the one that had failed testing. Wouldn't give us any discount at all on about $1200 of parts and labour that wasn't necessary.

   Mixed results. I have a small car that is very low and twice have had to have the engine cover reattached. The first time to replace the bolt cost me $60. The second time they attached using 'cable ties' and charged me $130. Small job seems very overpriced and not consistent. Always, pleasant to deal with.

   Came in explaining the exact issue and part needing to be replaced. Took months to get it done, called me in twice to later tell me they sourced the wrong part. Finally got it done with a second hand part and was charged $500

   I've had some good experience and bad ones with these guys and have used them for a few years. They are friendly and helpful but always find extra things and cost a lot more than what you planned for. My advise be very clear on what you ask them to do but I personally wont go back as they have miss diagnosed issues twice and just feel like I'm being ripped off .

   Have been to these guys before for pre purchase checks and they have always been fantastic. Accidentally made an alignment appointment with then in stead of mag and turbo when I wasn’t thinking and they were so great about bookings and cancellations. Matt specifically is always super lovely on the phone, even when you ring him first thing in the morning. The whole team are very helpful.

   Went to see them when my car wouldn't start. From my description they were able to diagnose that the steep hill angle I was parked on was preventing petrol from flowing to the engine. They then drove me to my car and filled it up with petrol and made sure it went. Then they wouldn't even charge me! Amazing people.

1. solo beats ★☆☆☆☆

   Went in to get WOF and it failed which was reasonable but had to go and get it fixed from somewhere else because their quote was way higher than other places (I tried 2 different mechanics and they both were a lot cheaper) called back to see if they can check it and they said yes, they told me it will only take 30 mins so I dropped my car off first thing in the morning around 9.30 and called around 12 asked if it was done, they said they were having lunch so i call back and 1, still not done, and round 2.30 i call and they said its done but didn't bothered to call me. It literally took them a whole day. Their service seemed too expensive and very poor time management, won't be going there again.
