    I arrived at this post shop before 5pm on 21st of May needing to send an urgent parcel of overseas. I filled out the address details on the postage paid bag and asked for track n trace. She said the prepaid bag I put it in was too small to send international and said to put it in an envelope because it was cheaper aswell where as I asked for express and she said it can’t be express or tracked in an envelope. After I already filled the address out in the envelope. It’s been over a month and that envelope has been lost in transit and never arrived to the address I needed it sent to. She wasn’t listening when I said I need it to be tracked when advising to use an envelope which was more important to me than a “cheaper” postage option. Now it’s lost, Not happy at all! It was a young lady with blonde hair that served me. Seemed like she didn’t know anything.

    Went there 15 minutes ago and got $34 worth of Lotto tickets, handed over a $50 note to the young lady behind the counter and got $6 change, my fault, didn't look amongst the lotto tickets, Be my first and last time visiting this store!

    Community transmission is back in NZ.. Very sad to hear. Reflex ? Buying some anti bacterial gear of course. As everyone will need some, pharmacies must control the quantities to have enough stock for each person. But is it really ethical to increase the prices when people needs stuff ! 18 dolls for 6 single use face masks.... Does it mean a box of 50 would cost 150 dolls ????? Making money thanks to covid during a sanitary crise should be signalled to the gouv. Regards

    Disappointed!! I arrived at this pharmacy at 650pm to purchase a lotto the hours state 7pm close on a Saturday. The elder lady with the blonde hair was very rude!! Abrupt! And vicious in her comment towards me!!! She may have been voicing her vicious comment out loud but it was very unnecessary! She was at the doorway getting ready to shut obviously! But I quietly apologised as I made my way to the counter at 650pm to buy a lotto,. The rude woman stands with her hands on her hips and makes a nasty comment, " some people don't know what the time is" I'm the only one in Thier! FYI! I certainly did know the time! 10 minutes to 7! That kind of stance and nasty comment can create some tension and aggressive retaliation! She's lucky I'm a calm humble person not nasty! No one has the right to offend a customer! Nor the right to treat another human being the way she did!! Disgusted with her customer services
