Excellent service and really impressed with Glen in the timber department, really knew his stuff, and found out he is a carpenter!!! so that really helped. I have spent over $20k with Tumu
So slow, always takes so long to get through the counter. Alright place just don't go there if you are in any sort of hurry. I guess most builders are charging the customer for picking up materials so I doesn't matter if they take all day.
I deal with the Napier Tumu ITM store a lot and always come away with a good outcome. The team have always gone above and beyond to help me out with my requirements (more than often they know more than I do and are happy to help) I recommend the Napier Store to anyone. Klint.
