   I’ve been to a lot of cocktail bars, but this one genuinely sits at the top. The team working Thursday night were the definition of world-class hospitality. I train people in customer service excellence for a living, and this was the pinnacle example. They were fun, switched-on, and so naturally good at reading the room. And the food!? The lamb wontons were ridiculous. Probably the best fried wontons I’ve ever had. Crispy, flavour-packed, juicy magic that had me grinning like an idiot. The cocktails were stunning, the atmosphere was buzzing without being overwhelming, and the service was genuinely faultless. It was a masterclass in how to do hospitality right.

   So glad we stumbled upon this super cool cocktail bar down an alley way! Very Melbourne! Great cocktails and huge variety. Loved the music, the vibe and the drinks plus bar snacks. Highly recommended!

   Been here twice and both times have been terrible. All the men in this place seem to be on a power trip. They should focus more on customer service rather than worrying about their tight shirts! Couldn't fault the young girl on the bar but won't be going back after 2 bad experiences!

   There is a very good reason for this bar to be so highly rated. Gorgeous place with great vibes. All front of house staff are courteous and professional, everyone looks very classy. You feel like you are in a loft in New York or London when you are in here. I had a gin fizz which was great, but the chicken burger for only $15 highly exceeded my expectations. You will struggle to find a $30 burger better than this one. The bar itself is also gorgeous, and the mirrors around the place really complete the look. If I lived in Napier I would definitely be a regular here. Go here!!

   Hidden away down a short alleyway on Tennyson Street is a lovely little bar Monica Loves. A great spot to stop for a cocktail, beer, wine or whatever you prefer. The selection is great, the ambience is enticing and everything is served with a smile. Good food options to have with that drink at the end of the day. Highly recommended.
