Terrible experience. The meat lady was disgusting. Meat was Cold and bloody I asked for more meat at the time and got yelled and told to go and eat the 2 slices of cold meat and if I wanted more was go to the back the line. The cups were dirty. And brown inside.
Buffet and rugby on the big screen! From the moment we walked through their doors we felt welcome & comfortable. The service was amazing, we had young kids with us & nothing was a problem. The buffet was delicious, very fresh & lots of options. Every worker was happy & smiling and our evening was absolutely top notch. We walked away feeling very satisfied with everything and we will all be back! Thank you napier RSA!!

Wow! Walked in to a very warm welcome. We walked in off the street to have a very enjoyable meal for $30 each including dessert. This must be the best RSA on the East Coast. Would certainly recommend this RSA to anyone just wishing to have a meal and a quiet drink in pleasant surroundings.
Nice enough, although being watched while we ate does get a bit awkward. How about some room dividers? This means you could have a good time with your buddy instead of the whole room. Put your 2-4 diners along the walls and the bigger groups 4-8 in the middle and then the larger 8+ keep them down the back. Dividing us all up with room dividers would be a bit more private as i felt like I was at a meat market. The dress code needs to be strongly put in place. I felt like i was at a McD's. Most were low casual. They are quiet under staffed, although they did well last night with who they had. On the upside, the food was good, staff was quick on their feet. Do your child a favour and throw them into work at the Rsa restaurant.
Big high five to Cheryl who organized a karaoke comp at the rsa. It was a pleasure to be part of the effort you put into the club. I was more than Impressed with atmosphere and bums on seats. You took that bar from zero to hero. Keep up the good work Everyone had a blast. Be proud Cheryl
Had seafood plate as a main meal and it was the nicest fish and mussels I've had.3 other meals brought and all very good Highly recommended. Drinks cheep and great pool area
