Great customer service and they went the exrta mile when I forgot the supermarket was closed on Easter Sunday and helped me with some items I needed
The chicken was bad it was burnt, dry and it wasn’t that great
I popped in this morning for a drink, there was three staff on and one other customer. Two staff were wiping the cabinets, after waiting I asked if anyone was serving to which I got no reply. After another minute I left and got my drink elsewhere. People don't have time to wait around for staff to finish cleaning when they have their own jobs to get to.
Got a ham salad sammy yesterday took it home and the lettice was so like and old! Yuk yuk yuķ!!!!
Can someone please make sure your hot chips a nice and fresh. bought some just now and they look like 2 days old maybe you staff need to do some training. Couldn’t eat the chips they were soooooo dry
