   Ordered here for the first time and the customer service is a 10/10 I ordered a gluten free fish and chips. The fish was lovely and crunchy, a little on the thin side and smaller than expected but definitely worth a visit. Chips were nice.

   The fish was super fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside. You can tell they don’t mess around with quality. The chips were thick-cut and golden, not soggy at all. The donut I had was so yummy and the chocolate was perfectly melted. There is limited parking. Occasionally it's a short walk from the nearest spot. There is seating avaliable if you wish to wait inside. The prices are the same as the others in the area. Bonus points for the friendly staff and fast service, too. Definitely coming back next time I’m craving proper fish and chips. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!    First time in the shop and was very delighted for a great reception putting you at ease and feeling welcomed. We ordered fish and hamburger both yummy, chips were ok thought it was a little over cooked but the whole meal was satisfying. Communication was amazing. Would go back again, Kia ora.

   This place won an award for their fisn n chips 10+ years ago and now feel they can overcharge for poorly cooked food. I paid $11.50 for a Blue Cod that resembled a jandal. It was tough overcooked, rubbery and a complete disappointment. The chips were stodgy and stale. There is nothing gourmet about this place. They serve better fish in jail!

   Award winning fish and chip shop? Really? Got two Giant burgers, meat was like rubber, bland, only thing I could taste was the pineapple. Soggy commercial chips. Very disappointed.
