About Us

Greenhaven Fish & Chip Shop leans into a classic fish‑and‑chips approach with tidy execution. Serve sizes show solid value. Fish lands crisp with light batter and chips stay tidy. The team keeps things friendly and organised. A sensible spend for the spread.

A good portion of chips in a scoop, good amount of salt. Giant burger was awesome, too big meant that leftovers were good.

Will not go back. The haven burger was mid, not bad and not good. The chips were stale as anything, like you'd expect with a bowl of chips being reheated in the microwave. The fish tasted old, very pungent and very thin. The potato fritter had a good amount of potato but again, stale, to the point where the potato inside was just a crumbling mess. The mushrooms were not great, very soggy, VERY oily. Feel rather ill today. The young girl didn't want to do her job, she was training someone else at the till and constantly rolled her eyes.

Monster Burger was $12.50 and average Fish was tiny- ridiculous And chips were dry, overcooked $34.50 in total for 3 people Was looking forward to fish and chips for a change but very disappointed overall. Won’t be coming back unless we are desperate

I've had mostly good experiences here, the food is good there are plenty of options. The scoop size is great compared to other places in the area. The garlic butter is delicious. 1 scoop = $4:50 Hours ⏰️ Monday Closed Tuesday10:30 am–8:30 pm Wednesday 10:30 am–8:30 pm Thursday 10:30 am–8:30 pm Friday 10:30 am–8:30 pm Saturday 10:30 am–8:30 pm Sunday 11 am–8 pm I've only had one bad experience here and I've been using this chippie for years.

I'm really impressed with the blue cod and chips. Cod fillets $10/piece were huge, and 2 pieces left me (a big eater) too full to eat the chips. Highly recommended.

The meal was terrible. Got sweet and sour pork with no pineapple ! The pork was tough and the chicken combination had one piece of carrot and soggy noodles and the rest water. The little girl that answered the phone when I rang up to complain was rude !! Never be back !!

Never again. After reading all the positive reviews, expectations were high. Sadly, I was highly disappointed, and frankly angry, that I spent $50 on such garbage. Ordered a Combo Chow mein: The meat was dry, the pork was cinnamon tainted, the sauce was liquid and not thickened, the noodles were meh. The only good thing about it was the broccoli and the mushrooms. 6 wontons: they were mostly onion and bland. The sauce a lurid neon pink. Just from a bottle I assume, not home made from scratch. Again, meh. 1 fish and 1 chips: the fish was D.R.Y. The chips were OK. Suffice to say, we will NOT be back.
