   I am Tyrone Haumaha and i am absolutely disgusted in how I have been treated recently by most rockshop staff members recently bar 1 person. I know that over the last 15 or so years staff have been great at times and not so great but the fact that the rockshop have been giving poor treatment to me For that long if not longer and is now worse. Boy you get back what you dish out in this life. And i dont see a future for the Rockshop The dark vibes in the store and in wich various staff members project towards me have made me feel very uncomfortable in wich is a form of abuse. And i am recovering by the way from serious health injuries already. SHAME ON YOU ROCKSHOP AND SHAME ON THIS CITY WHO SUPPORT SUCH TREATMENT SHAME SHAME AND AGAIN SHAME. I offer you my advice and its simple be happy and do the right things you know to do and that are presented to you in this life and you cant go wrong. to that 1 person who had treated me with simple care thank you I know good things will come to you.

   I would say customer service was zero. I would give 0 stars. Retraining is needed. front had 1 female who did not acknowledge us on entry (no other customer was there) and had a very unfriendly offputting vibe. we found our way around. came back to front for help. male on second counter very lazy in wanting to assist. got another piece of equipment shocking quality n planning to take it back! overall wud not go there unless some buyer vouched 4 quality of item to me prior n it was not available anywhere else.

   The Rockshop has been my 'go to' music store across the country for many years because of their extensive product range. They have entry-level and premier brands that will cover any budget. Customer service is excellent because the staff have comprehensive product knowledge. I'm a self-taught guitarist / entertainer and have spent a few thousand dollars on guitars and other musical equipment over the years. I have no regrets about my purchases. Highly recommended.

   I was a frequent customer to this store but as of late the quality has dropped significantly. Couldn't find a single thing I was after and the staff clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Also what's up with the auto tune rap being blasted in the store? Mind blowing stuff truly.

   This is the third visit in this shop and we like it due to the variety of items and the helpful staff. We bought guitars for our 2 sons, along with accessories. They have an extensive collection of musical instruments, from very beginners to professionals. Prices are competitive and eventually there are good sales inside. It is well located within CBD, easy to park and open on Saturdays. Worth the visit!
