   Purchased a Regen All-in-One HP computer after speaking directly to Braydon and getting some queries I had answered in a helpful and professional manner. PC arrived 2 days later as anticipated. My only reason giving 4 and not 5 star is that looking again on Regen website day or 2 later after purchasing the price dropped by a further $50, it would have been nice to be advised to hang on and purchase in a couple of days when there is a price drop

   I ordered a refurbished USB-C dock from Regen Computers. I'm happy with the product and the service. The product works without any issues, allowing me to drive two external monitors and connect a USB hub which I use for my wireless keyboard and mouse. The price was excellent, around 40% of the price of a new item. I ordered on the weekend and Regen shipped 2 days later. A word of caution for those of you over-eager to get the product you ordered: Be aware that it might take several days to get to you. My order was shipped via economy mail so I got it 4 days after it was shipped (the weekend after I ordered it). For me that wasn't a problem.
