   My family and I dined at Garden Restaurant on Friday the 13th to celebrate my mother's birthday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and ensured that my mother felt truly celebrated. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor. It was a memorable evening, and we’re grateful for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended for special occasions.

   The reason for our visit to the Garden Restaurant Buffet was for Christmas Lunch. This is the first time we have gone out for Christmas Lunch so was a bit dubious about it all and having read some of the reviews (mostly to be honest from just the normal buffet service) wasn't sure we had made the right decision. After getting more nervous by the day as Christmas Day came we arrived at 11.30am for our allocated 2 hour dining experience. It was busy as can be expected for Christmas Lunch. We were shown where our table was, given our drinks vouchers (one glass of bubbly or non alcoholic per person with the cost of the dining experience) Tickets for the Lunch were (I think) $180 per person and we dined with 4 adults and one child. The tables were nicely laid out with Christmas Crackers, candles and a chocolate for after per person. As it was busy (we thought booking at 11.30 would be a good time) we all decided to have a quick look through the buffet and decide what we wanted to try first. Initially we were disappointed as most of the more popular dishes were almost gone and had not been replenished but it only took a request to some of the staff for these to be quickly replenished or as quick as the chefs could get them prepared. To be honest the selection of food was more than anyone could expect for a Christmas Lunch, so many choices (food stations) and the food had their individual flavours and didn't taste like a buffet sometimes can. It was faultless and not to mention the salad station and the dessert station (if you could cram it in after the selection of mains) also available was tea and coffee and a selection of Christmas baking. I would like to thank the Garden Restaurant and Buffet for their efforts on Christmas Day, and for the staff taking time out from their families to work to feed all the people that turned up on the day. I was impressed and so were our other guests especially being first time Christmas Day buffet goers. Just thinking if we would go again, and yes we probably would. $180 per person is quite pricey but given that it's Christmas Day, the selection of food and the amount of staff that were on I considered it to be well worth. Only thing we would do next time is arrive a lot earlier or at least for the first time slot of the day. Thanks team.

   Family friendly buffet style restaurant. Excellent selection of food available. Well stocked and pleasantly presented. Food was not overcooked or left standing too long, dishes replaced when getting low. Highly recommended. Good prices.

   Good solid 4 ⭐️. The food is good, surprised by how good the asian food was, my favorite... The staff were very good with my daughter's nut allergy, telling her exactly what meals she could and couldn't have. A good place for kids as plenty of room, lots of kid friendly choices, and the staff are very friendly towards them. We did have a couple of new people working, so they got more experienced staff to answer our questions. Overall, it was a very good experience. Little more expensive than I remembered, but Tuesday has a deal on I saw.

   Kinda pricey ($42 per person) Pretty good selection, though. The roast meats were quite good, but some of the chicken dishes were a bit plain. Seafood was ok except the prawns hadn't been de-veined, which was a little off-putting. Service staff were friendly and attentative, and the venue was very clean. It's not a bad buffet by any means, but I have definitely had better for that price. Make sure you get there early to ensure a better selection.

   I read through many reviews before going here and found a mix of 5 star and 1 stars. Decided to see for myself, took my family out, 2 adults and 2 children, Saturday night, worked out $119 all up. Kids are 4 and 7 and don't eat much but my hubby and I were hungry. We enjoyed many dishes, they were all what you would expect from a buffet, youre going to enjoy some dishes and not others, we arrived at 6pm and everything was either full or being restocked. The lasagne was piping hot and nice, as was the Mac n cheese and potato bake. The roast meats were juicy, the boneless ribs or whatever those straps of beef,? were my favourite. The mussels and prawns tasted and looked fresh, chilled on ice, and the cold salmon was nice. I loved the braised eggplant and pork belly. Desserts were okay, the cabinets make it a bit messier to try to get things like the cheesecake, the apple pie and date pudding were good and the soft serve was a hit with the kids. The wait staff clearing plates constantly working so hard and still managing a lovely smile. Suggestions.. the desserts being at the front of the buffet make it hard to focus kids on eating their mains first and it felt backwards. For the price you pay, soft drink would be reasonable to include.

3. Bae Snacks ★☆☆☆☆

   I miss going to this place excitedly, back in the day, my goodness the counters were absolutely packed if different varieties of foods, but now, all you see is the empty counter spaces, the food are spread out to occupy some space on the benches but still looks very empty. Going there last week for my son's birthday dinner as this is his fave buffet restaurant, it was sad to see not many food options on the counter, desert cupboards were almost empty. Please put out more food options, the price definitely isn't worth the lack of options!
