   Found the doctors very helpful and know their stuff and listen to you. So far my doctors appointment have always started on time. Only thing is there seem to be various level of experience among the nurses and this can lead to a lot of time wasting. The nurse clinic also doesn't seem to be stocked well with dressings etc so constantly have a nurse coming and going, sometimes the door being left open and not having any patient privacy.

   I was travelling through the South Island/Christchurch from Canada when I was struck by an upper respiratory bug. I contacted Doctors on Cashel and they provided swift and professional service. I was provided with some recommendations/nasal steroid which helped immensely. Within a couple days and was back on my feet. I appreciate the professionalism, hastily appointment, and intention to get me back on my feet. Thanks Dr's on Cashel!

   One of the most uncomfortable clinics to visit. Receptionist always unfriendly on both phone and in person, never looks presentable, bad start. Doctor I saw was incompetent, told me multiple times that I would get addicted to a prescription I was asking to repeat (recently moved cities) and would blame the addiction on him?? Very strange. Didn’t seem to listen to issues either. Also never got called/text when an in person prescription was due and I didn’t have an appointment booked already. Compared to previous practices the experiences here were poor. Only positive is that the nurses here are absolutely lovely, always friendly and happy to see you! Only leaving a review now that I have finally been able to find another practice as I did not want a review to cause any more issues.

   If you have the choice to go somewhere else, definitely do that. My partner was advised by the practice that getting a prescription written for her over a phone appointment that lasted 3 minutes would be around $40. A $102 invoice later has us pretty appalled by the treatment and lack of clarity they have in their own ranks about what they should be charging their patients. My partner is from over seas, disclosed that information and was still advised of a cheaper cost than what it was. Goes totally against the Consumer Guarantees act but there's no point trying to argue that with stupid.

   I absolutely love my Dr here I actually get the help I have needed for years and I have known my dr since I was 6 weeks old and when I moved I never found a good dr until I found doctors on Cashel again.

   Unprofessional young receptionist with zero customer service skills. Didn't seem to know what was going on at all - everything seemed too hard. Was far too casual and mannerless for that type environment. Did not instill any confidence in the clinic or treatment I would be receiving, and will not be back.

   of the 7 or so different doctors i've seen there only 2 of them were competent. receptionists aren't very welcoming. the only good thing is the appointment price ($19.50 for enrolled patients). will be finding a new drs.

   Received a covid test here today. I was not an enrolled patient, but the three staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I had intended to get a throat swab, however the Dr explained that the nasal test was more accurate and how it should be done properly. I agreed to that and was very impressed with how it went.
