What fabulous service in every way from the moment I arrived until the second I left. Everyone was so caring and thorough and attentive. I was so anxious but they all made me feel so relaxed. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital as a gold standard for what healthcare should be about. Thank you so much to everyone.
Very nice experience, I went to forte 2 for my ear. The two receptionists were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Then the two specialists I've seen were very competent and very helpful.
Just had surgery on my shoulder at FH, very impressive experience. The level of care from the team, the facilities, the food, professionalism were all first class. Completely exceeded my expectations. I want to live in a world where health care like this is universal.
Had foot surgery done at Forté done on the 20 of March and again have had an amazing experience under the care of team at Forte health. I was feeling anxious as this was my eighth surgery in the last 15 years and each one has been different All staff were amazing! From the admission nurses who looked after me from the start calming my nervousness down to Brad Stone and Charlie talking me through everything about the surgery and the anaesthesia and the rest of the team at the theatre doing a fantastic job. Also thanks to all the wonderful recovery nurses and the nurses on the ward who came and checked on me while I was in recovery room and on the ward coming to check on me throughout the night and day. Had a two night stay here recently after a procedure. All staff were amazing, especially the surgeon, anesthetist, nurses and health-care workers. Everyone was so warm and accommodating. The hospital is quiet, modern, clean and comfortable and the food is good too. They're forever offering drinks and snacks. It was like a little get away!
I really don’t know where to start here. Hand on heart this is the best stay in hospital I ever had. The nurses are very professional and very respectful. I was so worried before surgery but they sat with me explained everything and made me feel very confident about everything. The over night stay was an absolute pleasure, really these guys here thought of everything to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. The food here is so yummyyyyyyyyyyyyy and very fresh. I Went in for a laparoscopic surgery to check for endometriosis + Mirena insertion. Ben Sharp was my surgeon and i would recommend him 100%. Forté hospital is very comfortable and inviting. The reception, pre admission, nurses and all staff are lovely and really made my time good. Would recommend forté to anyone who’s looking for specialist care.
This has been the best experience for surgery ever staff are amazing kind and just have a good sense of humor the food fml it's like walking into a too rated cafe for the afternoon surgery food club Sammies a slice fruit salad omg you can tell its quality. I highly recommend this place
Terrible experience, felt like an overpriced GP visit. I did not feel listened to and by the end of it I was given a prescription I said did not work. Felt very much like this "doctor" had a KPI to meet. I was provided with incredibly incorrect information as well. $255 dollars, months of stressing and waiting for my appointment for something my GP could have done. Fortes own values have not been met and if I ever get another referral I know I will be looking for a different opinion from a doctor that takes the time and cares to listen to their patients.
