   Burgers were cold. The person (man) on the tills proceeded to put his dirty fingers on the insides of the paper cups. Would never recommend this store unless you wanna get sick.

   It was very quiet in the actual place. I guess they have more drive through. It is a huge place with few customers dining in which gives a less than good vibe but the food was yummy.

   Average food, ordered Whoppa with extra cheese, 4 piece chicken bites and salad. Was ok apart from my 4piece chicken bites had only 3 and the salad came with no utensils so I had to eat it with my hands. I’m from out of town but I won’t be running back to BK anywhere (which compares with going every Saturday after kids sport 20 years ago).

   Madelyn Cline stands no chance to how hot this burger was, freshly cooked to perfection! Chips… not so much, just decent and potatoey. If you mess up the drink, don’t complain, just refill it. Couldn’t really see the staff but must not have been lots if it took that long, not even during rush hour.

   Took my nephew to this location for lunch, we ordered at counter a whopper burger meal, and a cheese burger meal with side of chicken nuggets. By the time we had filled our drinks our food was ready, so big ups to the speedy service. Food was hot, fries were fresh, the whopper pattie was noticeably bbq grilled than normal, so I appreciated that. I find the wide open spacious dining area particularly off putting, but otherwise left full and satisfied.

   Horribly overcooked patty hidden under a pile of cheese and sauce, sadly so inedible it made my husband gag Tried to call but phone is obviously left off the hook because they know how many complaints they'd get if they left it on

   Staff were rude and not trained properly. Manager was TOO BUSY to deal with complaints. Changed review to 3 star as regional manager investigated issue, provided further training around problem areas. The regional manager really stepped up here for Burger King thank you Ashley

   I used to love Burger King. Genuinely I prefer the taste of their burgers over McDonald's who deliver great burgers every time. This place in particular has completely put me off the franchise. Unfortunately it's in-between my workplace and home. So after two disappointing visits over a few months I decided to give it one last chance for redemption and it missed for a third time. Honestly, this place just doesn't care, don't go here, don't be conned.

   I feel like they want to lose customers because they only accept cash at the counter. You can't download their coupons on their website. The updated app didn't work yesterday. So, we went in inside, to use their machine but couldn't upgrade to a large. We were sharing a meal, so large chips would have been nice.

   It is hard to imagine how the food was this bad. I feel like somebody must be doing it on purpose because it takes effort to provide food as cold and soggy and inedible as the food we received. Nuggets were stone cold in the middle also, fries were half full, undercooked and also stone cold. The burger was trash. I feel robbed. Literally stole my money. The only positive is that it was my husband’s first BK ever and he will never go again which is good for our diet. I understand now why the place was empty.
