   I visited Kate knowing I had plantar fasciitis but I also had a very sore heel and walking if you call it that was excruciatingly painful. She said she could fix that, but it would cost $130 which is a lot. But I was in so much pain if it could be fixed well then do it. BUYER BEWARE, what I received was a very thin sole which did absolutely nothing. If I had seen it initially I would have said no. I already had 2 insoles in my shoes. I felt scammed. Elsewhere it was found that I had a spur and baxter's neuropathy. It was suggested I try shockwave therapy which helped a lot for my spur and then bought heel insoles and can now walk again, I am not pain free but 80% better off.

   I was referred to podiatryMed with a plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I love walking and was experiencing significant discomfort and burning on the soles of my feet. Bruce sorted out new orthotics, recommendations for better shoes and socks. The change and improvement was significant - and especially appreciated when I went overseas and was walking 25,000 steps a day with no problem. Thoroughly recommend him.

   I have been a client for many years of Bruce. Little did I know I was doing the exact opposite of what would help me into the future. Bruce put me and my child into orthotics for many yrs. After the first time he never looked at our feet, wasn't interested in answering questions. It's just a money maker. Longterm orthotics make your feet much weaker and your balance worse. Wish I'd have known. It's destroyed both of us. We've now got a lot of work to do to undo the damage done.

   I visited Bruce and PodiatryMed in 2023 after a recommendation. I have always had issues with running and Bruce was able to diagnose the root cause and provided custom orthotics that alleviated pressure and significantly enhanced my exercise experience. It has been quite the game changer and I appreciated Bruce's ability to listen, learn and adjust until we found a comfortable solution. Would happily recommend.
